LATE NOTICE, NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand there is the occasional difficulty attending appointments, however, our team members’ time is dedicated to your appointment, and therefore, any confirmed bookings that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Please note all phone calls, SMS and emails are attended between 10 am and 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday, so contact must be made during these times. If cancellations are made after hours by these methods, the notice period will start at 10 am the following morning.

We are unable to book or reschedule appointments via social media.

 

LATE ARRIVAL:

If you arrive late to your appointment, our schedule may not allow for your booked treatment. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, if we are fully booked with patients, we may be unable to go ahead with a booking and late cancellation terms will be applied to the missed booking.

 

DERMAL FILLER should ideally not be injected WITHIN 2 weeks of a COVID-19 BOOSTER.

The immune response caused by the vaccination could result in excessive filler swelling and increased tenderness to the treated area, along with potential for a delayed immune reaction to the filler.  If you have booked a Dermal Filler appointment within 2 weeks of you COVID-19 Vaccination, please reply to this email or call Dr Cosima Medispa on 93621728 immediately.

 

$300 SKIN TREATMENT

All of our clients receive a $300 contribution to their skin treatment when booking an initial consultation with industry leader and Key Opinion Leader, Dr Cosima. Redeem your gift for $300 of Skin Treatment after your first consultation. The $300 gift may be used on any treatment, excluding treatments requiring prescription items. The $300 must be used in a single visit and may not be used for initial consultation, products or retail items. Nor can it be exchanged, returned, replace or purchased for cash. This gift expires 31 December 2025. It cannot be returned to the issuer and cannot be combined with other cards. The company has the right to refuse to provide services.
