To welcome new patients to the clinic, we offer $300 towards your first skin treatment when you attend a Comprehensive Skin Consultation at Dr Cosima medispa.
This allows you to explore your skin concerns, receive personalised guidance, and begin a treatment plan designed around your individual goals.
Your First Visit
All new patients begin with a Comprehensive Skin Consultation.
This 75-minute appointment allows our clinical team to carefully assess your skin, understand your concerns, and discuss options that may support your skin goals.
During this appointment we may explore:
• your skin history and concerns
• lifestyle and environmental factors that influence skin health
• clinical photography and skin analysis
• advanced imaging to assess underlying skin patterns
• personalised treatment planning
This process allows Dr Cosima and the clinical team to understand your skin before recommending any treatment pathway.
Consultation fees:
Dr Cosima: 75 minute consultation | $150
Nurse Anika: 75 minute consultation | $75
Dermal Clinician: 75 minute consultation | $75
Many patients appreciate taking this time to better understand their skin before deciding on treatments.
Your $300 Skin Treatment
After your consultation, your $300 welcome may be applied towards a skin treatment recommended as part of your personalised treatment plan.
This provides a helpful starting point for many patients beginning their skin journey with the clinic.

Dr Cosima Karlbuger is a Cosmetic Physician based in Bondi Junction with extensive international training in aesthetic medicine.
Her approach focuses on careful skin assessment, personalised treatment planning, and natural-looking outcomes that support long-term skin health.
Patients visit the clinic from across Sydney and interstate to maintain their personalised treatment plans with Dr Cosima and her clinical team.

Redeem your gift for $300 of Skin Treatment after your first consultation. The $300 gift may be used on any skin treatment, excluding initial consultations, treatments requiring prescription items, Rejuran, Ultraformer, products or retail items. Skin contribution gifts must be used in a single visit and may not be used for initial consultation, treatments requiring prescription items, products or retail items. Nor can it be exchanged, returned, replace or purchased for cash.
This gift expires 24 December 2026. It cannot be returned to the issuer and cannot be combined with other cards. The company has the right to refuse to provide services.
